This dress reminded me so much of something you would have seen Mary Poppins wearing, I had to name it this .. lol .. anyways .. it's a deep purple skirt with a darker bustle, with a matching accented jacket over a ruffled white blouse with a high neck and broach at the throat. Looks great with the newly designed "Poppins Top Hat"
