This beautiful home has 4 floors.. Finished basement, 1st and 2nd floor and attic.. When making this house I didnt even know about the attic till I loaded it and looked in it..lol.. it also has 2 small rooms on the first floor.. maybe as a kitchen and bath or 2 small bedrooms.. The basement can be used anyway you like. It's up to you.. maybe a dance club for you and your friends.. the top floor maybe as a Large bedroom with an nice deck to relax on..
