The Atlantis Dress Mesh features strands of pearl drops draping about the shoulders and the waist. Plenty of options for this outfit with a sleeveless dress as the base, the layered loose sleeved top and look like it's part of the dress, or worn over the dress. Or you could just get rid of everything but the jewelry. Some free textures that anyone can use are provided below the maps.

The jewelry includes an animated sparkle, but if you wish to disable it, just set a black texture for 08, turn off the blending for it, and uncheck the animation for it.
