a fabulous yet simple way to spice up your summer wardrobe! the skirt is blue striped with a red hibiscus flower on it! and the leggings are black with a blue flowery pattern at the bottom! the leggings also looked tattered/torn at the ends and they end at the calfs! i made this to go with my blue angel cami, but it goes wonderfully with other tops as well!
