Welcome to Victoria Rose Manor. As you make your way across the gorgeous mountains, you can look down and see the very popular Victoria Rose Manor. It was named after the Lady it was designed and built for, Victoria Rose. The poor misfortuned girl never knew that this secluded island would indeed be her prison. Her husband Johnathan Lee Hennishworth built his young very beautiful, teen bride this home to hide her from the world because of his jealousy. On a dark moonless night, on their first anniversary Johnathan brought her here under the pretense of a second honeymoon. She was so happy for the house was beautiful and upon finding it was named after her she was ecstatic! Sadly the next morning she awoke to an empty bed and alone. Her husband had left her here knowing she had no way out, for water surrounded the island and she couldn't swim. Johnathan visited her weekly for about 3 years, bringing her supplies. Victoria Rose never spoke to him upon his visits. She would never forgive him for bringing her here , to her prison. Then one day Johnathans visits stopped, and Rose, hunger consuming her, and not knowing that Johnathan had been in a terrible accident walked out into the lake, determined to make it across. This author doesn't knows if Victoria Rose did indeed make it across, or if the beautiful clear waters of the lake had consumed her. After Johnathan recovered he quickly traveled to the island and not seeing Victoria Rose, he wept, because even though he had made her a prisoner here, she was his life, and now she was gone. Johnathan not knowing if his precious gem had made it across the island, or that she had drown in the beautiful lake, along with his dreams. All he knew was she was gone. Slowly, tears streaming down his face he walked out into the lake until the water was deep enough and let the lake take his last breath. Yes, this is a sad story but the moral is , never cage what you love, for it will find a way to escape.

Now you know the history of Victoria Rose Manor, so let me take you on a tour.
