The two story waterfall cascading from
the second floor down to the pool is its
signature feature; it is simply stunning
to watch. The water animation is excellent.

This was made for an extravagant and
romantic lifestyle. The penthouse comes
furnished; you can keep the minimalist
décor or add lots more furniture as you
choose. A bed in the bedroom upstairs
has been left out intentionally so you
can add your favorite bed or other fun
accessories.

A fruit bar is included. There are
so many romantic poses and animations
throughout; on the bar, at the pool, in
the main living area with the animated
fireplace, in the side hallway that has a
romantic red rose between more furniture
seating. Enjoy finding them all.

Another touch of class worth mentioning:
there is a helipad for access to this top
story penthouse. It's very secluded so you
might want to add the matching helicopter that
has a flight range which matches perfectly with
the room. If you add the 'copter, just place it
square on the helipad with the nose facing
outward for an amazing flight.
