Now as a Doctor Who fan I do like this, as seen on the show there are a race of Aliens called the Jadoon who police space, policice for hire they have been called, well this is the head, or my version of a Jadoons head. This shead will work with both Male and Female Avatars and it is because of this it is best used with a high loose fitting neck, collar as seen in the picture below.
