Through a special arrangement, we have used flag material that would be ceremonially burned, but instead,
we have used it to make this special dress. Because it is flag material, if you eventually dispose of this dress, treat
it as a flag, disposing it in a ceremonial manner.
The edges are trimmed with metallic trim to enhance the appearance when moving around a scene.
