If you have bought a derivation of this product which is an exact copy of mine at a higher price from another Developer/Content Creator, thinking that it was a product of mine because that Dev/CC is using my logos/icons, I have already reported this issue by fax and email to DMCA@imvu.com.

I also made a post on the IMVU forum to let IMVU customers and/or CCs about this practice. You can view my post by clicking HERE.

If you are one of the users that bought any of those products, I suggest you to report immediately this issue directly to IMVU. I am sorry to tell you that this is a practice that goes against IMVU TOS, and any claims/refunds regarding this issue must be dealt directly with IMVU because I have nothing to do with that CC, nor can be held responsible for his fraudulent actions.
