This cozy villa is situated close to the sea. Therefor I gave it the nautic look that this type of villa's need. There are 3 bedrooms: a masterbedroom and two smaller rooms which all 3 have wallpaper I designed myself. The room next to the livingroom (don't you just LOVE the frontdoor??) can be turned into a diningroom or into a kitchen. The house has a long hallway and a seperate toilet (or a place to put your washingmachine) The bathroom (or kitchen) has tiles designed by me.
For only 2200 credits this house is yours. Take your friends there on a sunny weekend .

Unfortunatly this room has only 4 default standing spots. I may recommand you to buy an extra standing spot.
The point is that I didn't mesh this property, I am just your humble developer :)
