This is the Elfian head, the first head product ever created by me. Mesh contains anyskin elf ears, a more serious looking face, and does not take off any hairs. This head comes in 5 sizes in my catalog (Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large) and the Small version is derivable.
