I got annoyed with never being able to find a proper pair of Steampunk style welding goggles... so I made my own! These goggles are made with a fine mesh, which uses small holes in an opaque sheet of metal to let light through, limiting the glare of the welding torch far more than darkened glass could. Because of the unique contruction of this mesh, it's much tougher than glass, and will never shatter. A CyberGoggles version of the Welding Goggles is to follow shortly, for the mad scientist on a teabreak.
