Add On house for any piece of land....this is NOT a room...it will show up in your furniture inventory to add on to a large piece of empty land or to add on as a guest house to an existing room....I changed it from being a 4 bedroom guest house to a 2 bedroom guest house with the other 2 rooms changed to rooms that can be used as a laundry room , bathroom, kitchen or anything else you would want it to be. The 2 bedrooms and foyer of the house have black carpet, the other 2 rooms have tile flooring
