The first thing I have to say is you are looking at a top that can be used for females, but PLEASE DO NOT buy this as it is in this state. I created this top for those developers who wish to Derive and make their own creation. I will not be giving a refund if you accidentally purchase this piece.





There are a few serious notes I need to mention to you here as you may have questions while trying to derive this product. Let me answer the most common questions you will have now.

1. Please make sure if you are going to derive from this that you are using the Newest, Latest Previewer, that will be on your messeger itself. If you use the old previewer, things will not show up correctly for you when you go to derive.

2. Please make sure you set your product to Non Deriveable if you choose to derive from this. This will help to keep the prices low for all customers.

3. Make sure you keep with the standards of 256 X 512 for your Upper Template and Lower Opacity Template. The Upper Template and Lower Opacity Template must be the exact same size in order for the opacity to work correctly.

4. You can use my templates as a Guide to help you with placement. I will try to start doing this with all of my meshes so it makes things a little easier for the newer developers out there.





*All templates that are created have been copyrighted and tagged electronically and certified in the US Copyright Office of Washington DC. I have all certificates within possession that give me the authorization to use that which I have created. All work is created from scratch, photographed, scanned, or edited. Please contact me if you have any questions whatsoever and I will be more than happy to supply with you all proof that you need to verify that I hold all rights to utilize the templates or any portion of them with no questions asked for any proof you need. *

In the event that an infringement of copyright is discovered, you will be notified and charged for usage of templates 4 times the current market value for unauthorized usage and you will also be prosecuted for Copyright infringement in a US Federal Court and subject to a fine of $100,000 statutory damages along with my attorney’s fees. In addition to this I will not hesitate to do a DMCA take down.

Basically, never copy, cut or paste any portion of my textures. This also includes, in no way, shape or form will you copy any of my catalog images as they also have been certified and tagged electronically by the US Copyright Office and will hold the same consequence as if you would use any part of my templates.
