This is an ANIMATED Club/Room Rules sign that is scrolling upwards WITH Red blinking lights that alternate back and forth randomly and are scrolling down!The first sign I made, the lights are flashing back and forth while this one has the lights randomly flashing on both sides but still are scrolling down.
