A suit worn by the Administrator Neptune. The one granted the title of Neptune is responsible for marine and oceanic field work. Neptune has command over all oceanic bases of operation. Mostly found underwater, Neptune's job is to hunt and capture any underwater creatures that may help the Team control Time and Space. Any creature of interest is immediately sent to Pluto for study.
