First of a set of Laying pose furnature.
It's now possible to position this furnature exactly where you want it by pressing either:

Shift and Left Mouse (To move it up or down) or

CTRL and Left Mouse (to move it side to side)

.
You can also TILT the camera using the CTRL and ARROW keys.
This means you can lay this item EXACTLY where you want.

Remember that furnature can be also scaled, rotated and even Dragged onto walls.
