One very neglected hanging basket.. so neglected, the paint has peeled from the once pretty wrought iron planter which is now totally rusted... plants and vines are all dead, all that remains is some zebra grass that is "only just" surviving from the little rain it receives and the mulch that was once added to help retain moisture... Great for grunge, vamp, goth, or any of you who just don't have a green thumb at all.. "ENJOY"
