Meant to go with the Mistress Plague dress. These are layerable and can be used with any top if you want to though. These "sleeves" (more like shoulder pads or something) are skulls that cover the shoulders. They sometimes look a little funny when the avatar's arms bend in certain directions, but I had to make them to complete the Plague outfit =P
