The Cartoon Body
(This version fits Female avies Best)
Do you look at the IMVU Avie and think, "What a Fat ******!"? Well then maybe you need something thinner, like the Cartoon Body. This ridiculously thin body is modeled after many animated characters of the past 50 years, and is cartoonishly thin. Just the thing for all of you Rabbit and Panther lovers out there, that want to get animated. A word of warning though, watch out for those Cartoon Hunters!

To complete the Cartoon Lion outfit shown on the Right, you'll need the following items:

Cartoon Lion Head -Womens v1a

Cartoon Feet -v1a Womens

Cartoon Tail -v1b

Baldy -1v

PLEASE NOTE: Well this suit can be used by Male avies, it fits Female avies best. The Feet won't line up with Male Shoes, leaving unsightly holes in the ankles. There is a separate version for Male Avies available in the catalog. It replaced the Torso, Pelvis, Both Hands, and Both Shins of the avie. It won't work with any item that replaces any of those, like gloves, most shirts, pants, and certain accessories. Attempting to use said items with this Body will either remove the items, or cause the body to vanish. If you're in doubt about it fitting your avie and your outfit correctly, please use TRY IT before you BUY IT! This item creates a very extremely change in the avie's appearance and might not work with some situations. There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't work with your existing outfit or avie. So use TRY IT!

Wish that body was Pink instead of Yellow? Know of some awesome voice clips that would go great with the Body? Well then you need to get busy and DERIVE it! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below is the template you'll need to get started:

This is the Texture I used for the Body. Use this if you wish to add some small details or just shift the Color or Hue. (Please ignore the bits with the Feet in it, as those are now separate objects):

This is a "Gray" template. It lacks the white fur patch in the center and is colorless. This is to allow you to make your own Body design without losing any of the careful shading I created for the model:

This is the Wireframe layout for the Body. This shows you exactly how every pixel attaches to the model's structure. You'll need this if you wish to make a completely new skin from scratch. This is something best left to the Advanced users:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
