A very simple and elegant Victorian inspired fascinator done with sleek black PVC and liquid latex. Each side is decorated with simple corset strings, and the back is crowned with flared rubber ruffles.
Made to match my Femme Fatale line, but can be worn with just about anything your dark little heart desires.
