open - this opens the book and turns it to the Introduction and Table of Contents Pages
page1 - this opens the book to pages 1 and 2

page5 - pages 9 and 10
page6 - pages 11 and 12
page7 - pages 13 and 14
page8 - pages 15 and 16
page9 - pages 17 and 18
page10 - pages 19 and 20
page11 - pages 21 and 22
page12 - pages 23 and 24
