Perhaps you awoke from a dream. Dazed and confused you try to get your bearings but you're at the end of an unfamiliar street in an unfamiliar town. It's darker than dark and a light fog makes everything at the far end of the street merge into nothingness. Some abandoned industrial buildings give you no clue to your whereabouts.
