To cleanse your palate properly during a wine tasting, you'll need foods and drinks on hand that serve the purpose of neutralizing the flavors between each tasting. Soft French Baguettes and Graber Olives will serve this purpose. Follow with several sips of room temperature water after the wine, bread, or olives combinations. There are other foods and drinks that you can use to cleanse your mouth of the after-taste of the wine in your mouth that you previously sampled. Cheese is also a good option, but you must have various cheeses to pair with various wines. All cheeses are not the same when it comes to drinking light, medium and dark reds, light, dark and aromatic whites, sweet, sparling and Rose' wines. There are a maximum of 9 different wine types that you can place on a table to sample (see the aforementioned sentence). So I did not add the cheeses to this Charcuterie Board. Review the source website to determine other foods and drinks that you can use.
