This is an "improved" avatar. It features " a smaller number 4 Head this means, no more giant bobble head." it has longer eyelashes and bigger eyes. It also has a skintight suit which is minimum coverage compatible. Finally, the feet have been replaced with smaller feet. It SHOULD be compatible with all heads and skin tones. Like many custom avatars, it may be unable to do some animations.
