personal avi pic banner linked and animated taken for smoker23 avi pic,
I did animations and linked the pic per request..Seems to have been issue of ppl using unauthorized pics as their own..I do not make avi or banner pics..they r e mailed to me and i animate link and add sound if wanted..I will make anyone one but they have to be responsible for the background or avi photo.and they must be the creator of the image.I make banners but do not take responsibility for ppl miss using images..do not send me a copyrighted image or an image that is not your own with out consent!! IF YOU SEE AN BANNER OR STICKER THAT VIOLATES THIS LET ME KNOW I WILL REMOVE IT AND PLEASE DO NOT THREATEN ME TAKE IT UP WITH THE PERSON PLACING THE ORDER I WOULD NEVER MISS USE MY DEVELOPING LICENSES I WORKED TO HARD TO GET HERE ..MISS1528
