This is a wintry version of IMVU's Love Garden, glittering with ice and featuring fluffy white snow and an ice river to slowly sail around. Just type "start" to get the crystalline boat moving. there are furniture nodes all around the river, and in the island int he middle, though some aren't level with the surface. you can adjust furniture to compensate.
