Watch out for frostbite and try to keep your skin from being exposed to the extreme cold. If your finger tips go from red to whitish, it could be a sign of frostbite. If your fingers are no longer soft but going hard, that is a sign that the tissue is freezing. Warm affected areas slowly with body . Do not up by extreme measures such as hot water or by the fire.

There are instances of frostbite happening in under ten minutes from exposed skin, be careful this winter and keep warm :)
