To those that the rug seems glitchy, you need to utilize the new editing features on IMVU,( in grab mode, press ctrl or shift), to slightly raise the rug to the proper ground level of that house. Every room on IMVU has a different level, so sometimes just placing the rug it will be below that level, and just needs to be raised slightly to be perfect
