Parts of the body that are associated with this chakra are the lymph system, teeth and bones, prostate gland, bladder and the legs, feet and ankles. The sense of smell is covered by this root chakra. Security, trust, the home and work are all connected with the root chakra as the root is where life begins. This chakra also reflects a person's connection with their mother and with Mother Earth.
