Derived from MaxSMoke777's powerup that he/she so graciously made derivable for all to enjoy. Thanks Max. Basically all i did was give it another look. Esencially the same thing with different Look and triggers... ---"Cyclone"--- for powerup plus floating rocks.---dustdevil--- for just the powerup. Produst does not include Hovering. It will be found under female Accessories but works for both avatars. Enjoy.
