I based this off the outfit worn by the character, Serenity Wheeler/Shizuka Jonouchi, in the anime/manga/videogame series Yu-Gi-Oh!
Here is some basic info on her character:
Serenity is Joey's younger sister. She has had very bad eye sight. Serenity and Joey were separated when they were little kids. Joey's mom took Serenity and Joey's dad took Joey. Serenity's always believed in her big brother, and Joey has never let her down. Tristan and Duke both have a crush on her, and are constantly competing for her affections.
