1 pose is reaching out of the cage, another is sitting in cage and the other is laying in the cage.

You are only buying the cage with 3 poses in the catalog icon image.
You can also find the avatar with the clothes, the hair and the pucker lips head with the eyes in my shop that is in the picture above and in the catalog icon.
