Done as requested this is a slight edit on the original mesh making the skirt longer and so its sits lower down on the hips.
This is a new skirt mesh featuring two levels of fabric + Opacity map, so you can have all sorts of fun retextureing it for different effects, its also is designed for use in making dresses.
