Created by Doctor Herbert West, this serum is able to temporarily bring the dead
back to life, but not without serious side effect. Use of the serum has been outlawed
Due to his crimes and growing insanity, Doctor West was institutionalized for many
years before disappearing mysteriously. It is suspected he has returned to his previous research.
