This is my Winter Holiday Chateau, it is a medium to large sized beach front 5 bedroom family home. The main floor has, powder room, laundry, kitchen, parlor, and dining room. Second floor has a large master suite [with bathroom and walk in closet as well as two private deck areas], second bedroom [has its own private deck as well as walk in closet and door to the family bathroom], family bathroom, and library loft. 3rd floor has three small bedrooms and access to the deck at the top of the house.
