and arming human race against the imminent storm.
The 19th century is when everything changes
and the time has come to gear up...
This gate appeared in the highlands of England in 1879 and resulted in the
formation of the government agency known as Torchwood.
Lead by the individual known as The Director, the area was quarantine and
facilities were build around it for research. By order of the Queen, Doctor
David Blake was commissioned in regards to the construction of the facility.
