and the time has come to gear up...
This large command center was designed and constructed by Doctor David Blake
for The Torchwood Institute. Torchwood had very specific design pasterns
for this, their central base of operations. Blake enlisted the help of
Nikola Tesla, Artemis Gordon Professor Albert Wickwire, Professor Ogden Coles
and a nameless Technomage for this years long project.
Construction was completed and the hub went online on April 21st, 1889
The walls are constructed with a Blake Copper, a dark alloy under patent by Blake industries,
with the Torchwood emblem etched into the surface. There is a single door that
alows physical entry into the hub, which has deadlock seals on it in the event of a lock down.
