Ok, this is back up and running again! Yay! I think IMVU finally refreshed the file so the correct one was reflected. About time too.

This Industrial Loft is entirely created with metal. The walls are steel panels with modern chrome light fixtures, the cabinets are brushed steel, the couches have a dark grey powdercoating and the floors, both indoors and out, are diamond plated. Even the flowers are actually shiny metal cogs! The balcony overlooks a night time cityscape during a lightning storm. Better hope your loft isn't struck by lightning, I'm not sure how well insulated you'd be.
