This amazingly realistic club is my pride and joy...I spent hours on this one getting everything just right, and still keeping the kbs low...nobody likes lag...So i dev'd all the pics and guitars into the walls, so you don't have to add any wall hangings..the club comes as shown in the upper set of pics...but as if that wasn't enough, I also made all the matching furniture (sold separately) from meshes that were also very low in kbs...in fact, all this furniture as seen in lower set of pics, plus 2 dances and a car i bought add less then 800kbs more to the room....outstanding realism and such low kbs will keep the crowds coming back...special introductory price..get yours before i come to my senses...hehe...hope you enjoy it, Gunz
