This is a three room apartment that I've textured in all the shimmering shades of the sun and hope you find it appealing and warm. The main floor has a "Sun Room" that features wood scrollwork on the inside wall, and all it's windows are elegant and sophisticated with a very detailed Stained Glass design. You can see the sharp details in the photos below! Also, this section of the apartment contains a secluded loft area, hidden by a decorative banister. There is a darker room on the top floor, in which I envisioned as my library, and it holds a hot tub for those times when you need to sit in the water and unwind. The remaining furniture in the apartment is NOT INCLUDED, but if you like it, I'd be happy to give you the developers names! The lower level is one complete great room, also done in the hues of the sun. The golden brick staircase leads onto an opulent golden floor, and I think you'll be quite pleased with the details that I have put into these rooms. There is a brick fireplace, perfect for snuggling in front of or entertaining friends - the fire is always lit!
