T3 SatinBound Cali Home

This is the fourth room in my new SatinBound series, the SatinBound Cali-Corner Beach Home. This line is defined by deep, gunmetal grays, silvers, and black colors. As opposed to my LeatherBound line, this line features rich satin textures yet still retains the dark feel of the LeatherBound line. This is a large, two-story design which features a loft area that overlooks the lower level living area. This home features an open, design layout with kitchen, dining area, living room, and indoor pool on the first floor. Upstairs features a master bedroom and secondary living area that could also be a 2nd bedroom or bathroom which overlook the first floor. Outside there is a sports court which can be used for basketball or volleyball. If a dark, luxurious home suits your desire, then this should please. I hope you enjoy it!

ALSO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR NOVICE USERS. THIS IS AN ADVANCED DESIGN WITH 2-STORIES AND HENCE NOT AS EASY TO DECORATE AS SINGLE-STORY HOMES AND SMALL ROOMS. ADVANCED HOMES TAKE PATIENCE IN DECORATING AND LEARNING TO NAVIGATE WITH YELLOW DOTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OVERLOADING THIS ROOM WITH FURNITURE BECAUSE OF IT. IF YOU HAVE NEVER DECORATED A MULTI-LEVEL HOME, I RECOMMEND STARTING WITH SOMETHING LESS EXPENSIVE TO SEE IF SUCH A DESIGN MESH APPEALS TO YOU FIRST.
