This is a very unusual hot air balloon in that it is not fire that makes it float! it is lightning! Made to go in my "Garden under the sea" The basket is inlayed with mother of pearl and the "smoke" stack is inlayed with Abolone shell! the balloon itself is a big bubble with transparent starfish scrolling up:)
