This is Head 4, thinned out a touch more, green eyes with subtle variations in textures, bigger pupils, green lips, new eyelashes, no freckles, brighter whites, and a tongue piercing (which doesn't show up very easily). Do remember that heads with different colors such as this are no longer skinable.
