Very cheap and  easy to derive from.
You can buy it as it is and you'll get silver nose bridge piercing or
derive from it and add your own textures.
Textures:
1. Ball texture (front and back)                        2. Ring texture (top and bottom)

Visible parts of the texture would be inside the circle.

Visible parts of the texture would be inside the blue ring.

Additional tips:
1. You don't have to add any opacity maps.
2. The best texture size would be 128x128 pixels or smaller, but you can use every square image.
3. The smaller your texture is, the less KBs you're adding to your product.
