ITEM: "Chi" Sitting Dress
NOTES: I made this dress because 1) I needed a sitting dress for Chi that would not fan up in front as she sat and 2) this dress wasn't in the catalog I could find. XD Now this is Just the SITTING version. Which means as time permits I will make the Anime One with the "bell" shape for standing.
