T3 LeatherBound Miami Mod EX
This is the LeatherBound Miami Home EX Edition. The EX is for EXCLUSIVE as this was made for my own personal use. It is an addition to my LeatherBound Collection of rooms and furniture. I have intense love of leather and this is my favorite line to develop. As the name of the line implies, this room features an abundance of richly textured black and platinum-toned leather spanning from the floor to the ceiling. This line is not meant for everyone and neither is this room. It is high quality and fully customizable with your own furnishings or matching furnishings from the LeatherBound line.
This version is different from my first version in that many of the textures are upgraded and or changed. I decided to mae the exterior and interior walls of uniform texture to blend better together. The interior railing and door inserts now have opacity to give a glassy feel. I kept the sky dark but it has a dark, stormy feel now and I love the way it looks when looking out the windows. This is priced higher than most of my homes but I wanted to keep it more exclusive to myself and to those who truly enjoy this line. I rarely make exclusive pieces but I could not resist this.

I have upgraded the textures of the ground and trees on this product. Everything else is the same as shown in the photos. The grass is now darker and more uniform in texture. The trees are fuller and darker now as well. These are newer textures and I think they compliment this home very well. If you already have this home, you can update it by clearing your IMVU cache or just waiting 3-4 days for the system to do it automatically. Here are photos of how it looks now:
