An awesome carved armoire for you bedroom... This fabulously hand carved 1880's armoire, wardrobe or closet from England dates from around 1880. Dragons, griffins, birds and fruit are lavishly sculpted in high relief by a master artisan.
The old finish may is very well preserved with minor mars on the bottom of this solid cherrywood furniture. Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm patina. Brass hardware and glass knobs are original.
Measurements of this spectacular antique are 76" wide, 27" deep and 8' 3" tall. Price: $9,500.00
