This is the Zen Modern Phoenix Paradise Home V2. This home is made of more modern style textures than previous version of this home but the colors still coordinate. I have tried to achieve a modern Japanese feel to this home and have used simple but elegant textures that do not overwhelm the natural beauty of the home design. The walls are of sumptuous beige and gray textured silk. The flooring is of neutral toned tile. The home has a spacious interior which is comprised of a main floor and loft level. It also and features 2 outdoor pools, 2 balconies, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. This is a high quality room and can be customized with any furniture that you wish, but there is matching furniture available. I hope you like it!
