This stamp was made because Quixotickane, owner of the "I Heart IMVU Stamps" group, encouraged me to keep making stamps. She launched a contest (going on through the month of May 2008) with a mermaids / under the sea theme. So here's my itty bitty mermaid. To get past my nervousness of making anything so tiny as 50 x 50 pixels, I actually took a high res capture of one of my own larger paintings (which is actually in my catalog as a framed picture), altered the image to fit the theme, and shrank the whole thing down. It was fun :) (Like my other stamps, this one has fully transparent scalloped edges. Unlike the others, this stamp is not animated.) My thanks to Quixotickane for the support.
